Ministry of Health advises safety way of weight loss.

Ministry of Health has launched another series of events under “No family obesity” and “Healthy starts” as 5 km distance walking activities.

According to Barno Odilova, Director of healthy life and physical activity Support Center, sedentary life, continuous location at computer results deceases related to obesity.

Healthy nutrition has also its role in struggle against obesity. Consummation of Vegetables and fruits has its impact towards formation of healthy nutrition within families.

Let’s not forget that morning exercises, walking activities, physical exercises, planned nutrition ratio are the best in struggle against obesity and lead to a healthy life.
